Inspired by Grayson Perry’s the Descent of Man, Frank Ocean’s Blonde, California weed, British woodlands, unchecked masculinity, Neu! & hip hop, it’s a truly remarkable collection of 11 deeply personal songs set to expansive, addictive melody. Like 2015’s Matador this album was written, recorded & produced by Gaz at his home studio & Oxford’s Courtyard Studios with co-production from long-time studio partner Ian Davenport.
